- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 lb ground lamb
- 1/4 lb ground pork
- 1cube chicken bouillon
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1/4cup finely chopped onion
- 1 1/2tsp salt
- 1/4tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried leaf marjoram
- 1/4tsp dried leaf basil
- 1/4tsp leaf rosemary
Heat oven to 350F (175C).Have ready a 9x5x3 inch
(23x12.5x7.5cm) loaf pan
Beat eggs lightly with fork in a mixing bowl.Add
meat and blend together lightly with a fork.Dissolve
bouillon cube in boiling water and add along with all
remaining ingredients Blend lightly with a fork
Put into loaf pan. Bake 11/2 hours
