Beef Teriyaki



 INGREDIENTS

  • 1 / 2 kilo beef, sliced
  • 1 / 2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 table spoon sugar
  • 1 / 4 cup rice wine
  • 2 garlic, chopped
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon ginger

                          
PROCEDURE

1: Marinate the beef for 2 hours or overnight.

2:Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan
 and fry the steaks quickly.
Turn over the steaks.pour it over.
